One on one, custom training, designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals, in a fun and safe environment. Recommended length for 12 sessions is at least 1 month. (10% Discount)

72 Sessions – Personal Training

$42.50 / Session
One on one, custom training, designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals, in a fun and safe environment. Recommended length for 72 sessions is at least 6 months. (15% Discount)

144 Sessions – Personal Training

$40 / Session
One on one, custom training, designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals, in a fun and safe environment. Recommended length for 144 sessions is at least 12 months. (20% Discount)

Group Training

$17-30 / Session
Allows for everything from a couple or friends who would like to workout together to a sports team looking for custom training for their athletes in their specific sport. Please contact for more info.
